Maths Mastery- Mathematics & Numeracy- including ICT

Numbers: Within 10, 15 and 20/Addition and Subtraction within 10/Grouping and Sharing into 5’s and 10’s/one more/one fewer/Doubles/Halves

Mental Maths: Counting forwards and backwards to 50 and beyond from different starting/ending points. Find the missing numbers, change direction in counting, Number Line- find numbers, numbers before/after, one more and one fewer.

ICT: Number/Letter formation. IWB & I pads

World Around Us Theme: ‘A time for change’

Science: How we grow and change? Lifecycles, Healthy Food, Growing plants

Science/Geography: Investigate the season of Spring – weather, growth, planting seeds, clothes and new life – Baby animals.

History: Have an understanding of the story of St. Patrick and The Easter Story.

Religious Education:  Grow in Love
