Congratulations to Mrs Branniff who has been awarded this year’s Science Teacher of the year award out of over seventy nominations across the UK. Each week Mrs Branniff puts on the white lab coat signalling to her P1 class that they are going to be discovering and investigating Science as part of their play. The children have carried out a wide range of investigative Science through play activities. This is a wonderful achievement and of course no surprise to her colleagues in St Teresa’s as we are well aware of Mrs Branniff’s outstanding teaching and learning in the field of science.
