Dear Parent/Carer,

This Summer School will run from:

5^th July – 16^th July

Monday – Friday

9.30am-1.30pm.

There is no fee for this Summer School. Your child will need to bring a snack and a drink. Children do not need to wear a uniform but please dress appropriately for the weather as the Summer School will include outdoor activities. Please ensure your child has sun cream applied. P1 and P2 classes will line up in the same yard they usually do, whilst P6 will line up at the Speech and Language Centre entrance. Please take note of your bubble group (below) and watch out for your group line sign. Staff will be there to greet and guide you.

If you are accepting your place, please fill out the data capture form on the reverse of this sheet and return to your class teacher, who will forward it to me. This will serve as your acceptance. Should we not receive this form by Wednesday 9^th June we will assume your child no longer wants to participate in Summer School this year.
