The school’s very dedicated Friends of St Teresa’s (FoST) will be hosting a school disco on Thursday 27^th October 2022.
There will be three sessions at the disco arranged as follows:

• Primary 1 & 2 from 5.00pm to 6.00 pm
• Primary 3 & 4 from 6.15 pm to 7.15 pm
• Primary 5,6 and 7 from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm

The disco will take place in the SLC hall at the back of the school. The cost of the disco will be £3.00 for the first child and £2.00 for each additional child. This includes a party bag. This is NOT a fancy dress disco, as children will wear fancy dress to school the following day. Children can wear their everyday clothes to the event.

All committee members, a number of other parent volunteers and staff members will be supervising the event.

Parents must register their child/children as they enter the disco and all children must be collected by an adult at the end of the event. Only children who are current pupils of the school can attend the event. Any younger or older siblings or friends of pupils will not be admitted.

You will also find a code of conduct below for children attending. We would ask parents to discuss this with your child/children before coming to the event.

Code of Conduct for children

Children are expected to:

1. Keep within the defined boundary of the disco area. No re-admittance.
2. Listen and obey the instructions given by supervisors.
3. Respect the equipment in the school hall.
4. Not use rough play.
5. Show respect to your friends and supervising adults.
6. Do Not use mobile phones or cameras in the disco.
7. Leave the school clean and tidy. Dispose of rubbish using the bins in the hall.

Parents are asked to:

• Accompany your child/children into the school. Any child not accompanied will not be able to attend.
• Encourage your child to adhere to the code of conduct above
• Ensure only pupils of the school arrive for the disco
• Return to collect your child promptly at the specified time. No child will be allowed to leave the disco unless accompanied by an adult.
